But I&#8217;d like to make it a habit for most days, so I wondered what the best approach would be.</p>

Or would that be cheating? &#x1f605;</p>

I find it difficult to get enough sleep when traveling (one or two weeks per month), as being on the road makes me a little nervous and stressed out. I&#8217;ve noticed some difficulties finding a relaxed state of mind and winding down in the&hellip;</p>

<p>1) establishing a regular healthy sleep/wake cycle (getting at least 8 hours of sleep daily), which I&#8217;m finding myself often to neglect for longer periods of time </p>
<p>2) 15-30 minutes of meditation before going to bed, maybe with journaling?</p>
