Over many years now, we have watched our amazing students in each cohort magically transform their lives. We are very excited to continue to offer this program to you and your cohort, YaoWang Shan. Our mission is to provide a container of love and acceptance for you to study, grow, expand, and be held communally as you move through your own self-cultivation, self-healing, and potentially becoming an Alchemy Practitioner/Facilitator who brings this work out into the world. We recognize and respect that each and every student must move at their own pace, even within the cohort — that is why we have designed so much flexibility and customization of the program for each person. We really want everyone to find their way in the MAAP.
This second half of our Level 1 program dives even deeper into your study of Alchemical Chinese Medicine and the path of Alchemy for Self-Cultivation. Your studies as an Alchemist-in-Training will take you to places that will surprise and delight you on so many levels! You will also be invited to our Alchemy October Retreat in Santa Fe – with this year’s focus will be on your Five Spirits in your Alchemy journey.
You can participate in this program in one of two ways:

[August 27th 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.] The Five Virtues continued (Earth and Metal)
[September 3rd 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.] The Five Virtues continued (Water)
[September 10th 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.] Removing Obstacles
The Nine Palaces and Alchemical Life Strategy – the importance of addressing the Nine Palaces in someone’s life when working through the Nine Stage of Alchemy. You may be able to fly, but do you need flying lessons?
[September 24th 7:30-9:30 p.m.] Daoist Numerology and the Thirteen Appearances
Before our Retreat, you will need to know the Thirteen Appearances, which is based in Daoist Numerology. The Thirteen Appearances are the most powerful instructions for life in Daoism. It maps out how to do anything in your life based on your Five Spirits.

As part of the MAAP program, you will be receiving 5 “Stages of Alchemy” treatments from a certified practitioner. These are included in the cost of the program.
If you choose to continue on in the program to complete our Ghost Points Certification, the following are the requirements you need to fulfill if you want to complete the MAAP Year One Ghost Points Practitioner certification. Each student will go at their own pace. You can complete your certification requirements at any time. Often students continue to work on them after the initial year’s class time is completed.
Attend weekly live zoom meetings (or watch on replay)
Receive your personal Ghost Points treatment/follow-up
Receive your personal Alchemical Life Strategy Session/follow-up
Receive monthly Alchemy sessions (can be virtual)
Submit write-ups for at least 2 Ghost Points sessions you’ve shadowed in the program (write-ups are ideally submitted within 7 days after the treatment)
Submit write-ups for at least 2 Nine Stages of Alchemy Treatments you’ve shadowed in the program (within 7 days after the treatment)
Submit write-ups for at least 2 Supervised Ghost Points treatments you have completed with Leta or a certified practitioner supervising (within 7 days after the treatment)
NOTE: Your write-ups for the Ghost Points treatments you shadowed should be submitted before doing your first supervised Ghost Points treatment.
Submit write-ups for at least 2 supervised Stage One of Alchemy treatments you have completed (within 7 days after the treatment)
BEFORE doing your first full Ghost Points session with a client, schedule a Personal Meeting with Leta to discuss
Submit write-ups for at least 5 Ghost Points treatments and discuss treatments as needed with Leta after you have completed with your clients (on your own)
Submit write-ups for at least 5 Stage One or Two of Alchemy treatments you have completed with your clients (on your own)
Schedule a final review meeting with Leta (2 hours long)
Does not include: Certification treatments, shadowing days, or clinical supervision (which you can add later if you wish).
Self-Cultivator Track Payment Options:
This is for students who wish to become a certified practitioner.

Note: If you haven’t received a Ghost Points treatment or shadowed 2 treatments (which if you come to a retreat, is included), you will need to add those to your program.
NOTE: Many students have taken their time completing the requirements and stretched them out over two years. Also many have added more shadowing and/or supervised treatments to their program. You can “pay-as-you-go” if you wish to add more. Also, many students receive additional treatments like Grieving or IDs/EDs as needed before receiving a Ghost Points treatment, which is required for the certification.
