In Chinese Medicine, maintaining a smooth flow of qi in the meridians is widely recognized as a fundamental objective. When qi encounters obstacles to flow, the body’s optimal functioning is hindered, potentially leading to a general sense of discomfort that lead to various identifiable health issues.
In the Five Element Chinese Medicine tradition, this idea of a qi blockage is called a Channel Block. The clearing of channel blocks helps to restore the qi flow in the body. The procedure involves assessing through pulse diagnosis and subsequently using entry and exit points to alleviate blockages.
