    Great discussion tonight on stress and the Five Elements!

    Here are some of the great tips for dealing with stress according to the Elements:

    Wood – move your body to release some pent up yang energy, create some fun difficult/goal challenges to distract, make todo lists by topic

    Fire – dance with your friends, talk to friends, be social, have sex

    Earth – take a bath, clean, snuggle with loved one/pet, watch a good earth movie (about love, family, food), create something for others, help with a cause

    Metal – listen to music, take a drive, walk in nature, listen/read a book, organize

    Water – take a nap, march in the streets (do something intense), go on retreat, movie binge/video games, be silly/laugh
