Energetics of Flow: 3 Five Element Chinese Medicine Treatments You Can’t Do Without in Your TCM Practice

Livestream Event: October 29, 2023 Noon – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Discover the body’s Vital Energy Pathways: The 12 Primary Channels form an unbroken circuit of energy flowing throughout your body, beginning with the Lungs and ending with the Liver’s Gate of Hope. Each day when your spirit chooses to hope for a new dawn and draw another breath at Lung 1, you embark on this journey anew. This energy flow is paramount for optimal health. However, it can be easily disrupted by the entry of chaotic energy from our external surroundings or imbalances with our emotions.

While Chinese Medicine often emphasizes specific points or point prescriptions for healing, the broader flow of energy through these channels is sometimes overlooked in many traditions. This class delves into encouraging the smooth flow of qi within these channels, contributing to holistic well-being.

Join Leta in exploring three pivotal treatments that you might not be currently using in your practice:

  • Releasing Chaotic Energy
  • Balancing the Energy Flow between the Left and Right Channels
  • Clearing Channel Blocks

In this class, we will also be discussing best methods of treating the flow of qi in the body, including alternative to needling approaches, such as non-needle (energetic acupressure) methods that can be used instead of the standard needling practices. These are useful in many cases, such as with working with young children or needle-phobic clients.
Consider taking this class because it offers significant benefits for your practice:

  1. New Techniques: You’ll learn three important treatments that can make a big difference in your healing approach. These methods can address chaotic energy, imbalances, and blockages.
  2. Deeper Understanding of Channel Energetics: Adding to the basic curriculum taught in most TCM acupuncture schools, this class goes into a more mystical approach to understanding energetics and channel flow that every practitioner should know.
  3. Innovative Approaches: The class focuses on non-needle methods like energetic acupressure, which can be useful in cases involving children or clients who fear needles.
  4. Practice Enhancement: Implementing these treatments can expand the conditions you can treat effectively, boosting client satisfaction and the overall effectiveness of your practice.
  5. Expert Instruction: With over 20 years of experience in esoteric and Alchemical Chinese Medicine, Leta Herman will share her practical insights to improve your skills directly.
