Stage 2 of Alchemy Meditations

Leta Herman is your guide in this set of guided meditations. The goal of Stage Two is to clear the baggage of this lifetime, release the armor you carry on your chest, and free your heart so you can live unprotected and free.

  • The Free Your Heart Meditation (Longer version for the first time you listen) â€“ The goal of this meditation is to free your heart from any Tentacles that have wrapped around it and made your heart not feel free. These tentacles… may have to do with feelings of scarcity and lack, such as the need to over-indulge, giving into temptations, a sense of greed, and a feeling of jealousy. Or you may have tentacles wrapped around your heart that are relating to control or powerlessness in your life, such as your ego or pride, a feeling of deep-seated anger, or Apathy… In this meditation, you will look into your heart to identify one of these tentacles and attempt to unravel it and release it from your heart and from your life.

Or you may have tentacles wrapped around your heart that are relating to control or powerlessness in your life, such as your ego or pride, a feeling of deep-seated anger, or Apathy… In this meditation, you will look into your heart to identify one of these tentacles and attempt to unravel it and release it from your heart and from your life.
  • The Best Protection is No Protection – The goal of this meditation is open your heart and release the heart pains you may have stored there so that you can begin to love yourself so much that you do not need protection.

The Transformation of Your Five Virtues Series

  • The Benevolence to Courage Meditation – the goal of this meditation is for you to ask yourself if you have the courage to be, do, or have what your soul is longing for. Put aside your need to be kind to your family, your parents, children, or friends needs, your boss and coworkers at the expense of yourself, and ask yourself what is your soul longing for and do you have the Courage to be, do, or have that thing that is kind for yourself? This is a conversation with your heart and your higher self.
  • The Morality to Authority Meditation – The hope (or goal) of this meditation is to ask yourself if you’re able to become your own authority. Are you ready and willing to be responsible and accountable to yourself. This is a conversation with your heart and your higher self.
  • The Social Compliance to Gratitude Meditation – The goal of this meditation is to help you get in touch with gratitude that you may not be feeling about difficult challenges in your life. This is a conversation with your heart and your higher self.
  • The Loyalty to Forgiveness Meditation – The goal of this meditation is to help release anger and resentment so that you can find forgiveness and surrender.
  • The Trust to Peace Meditation  – The goal of this meditation is to transition from a sense of Trust to a sense of Peace.
