Before You Begin

Before you begin the Learn Cupping class, we suggest you purchase a cupping set. Our favorite cupping set is the Korean Dong Bang 17-piece cupping set, pictured below:

What we love about this set is its ease of use. They are also shock and heat resistant (withstand our heat sterilization process). The orange release air-locking valves work very well and don’t degrade. However, they do not hold up as well with some chemical sterilization methods.

While silicone cups are useful to have in a massage practice for dragging cupping, these cups are more effective in general for most scenarios taught in this course.

You can purchase cupping sets at most Acupuncture supply stores, such as Lhasa OMS, which offers this cupping set. However, you can find equivalents elsewhere in the world.
