    Stage One of Alchemy Meditations

    Hello, new to the community and I’m glad to have found it. I was wondering if there is a suggested practice time for each meditation. For example, would you do each level in stage one for a week, month, 100 days, or one year each? Just curious if there is a traditional time frame or if it’s intuitive.
