For this 100 day challenge I am going to do:
~sword form
~microcosmic orbit
~chinese calligraphy

The things that I’m going to be working on this 100 days as more meditation and more Qigong.
I will be doing meditations before even getting out of bed the deer the crane and the turtle.
And then my goal is later in the day to either do Shen Gong, eight directions, seven circles dao yin or a few animal forms.
I’m also going to add more book reading a minimum of 20 minutes a day. I really liked and miss doing that.

This is all great! Or you could do numbers of pages. We did 10 and found we often read more!

This is a lovely list!
Do you think it’s ambitious, or is this pretty easy for you? You could look at doing a bit less for your first go around?

we will see. there is a lot in this list that goes to the root of my life struggel ( my story ) I this have wonderful opportunity here in being accountable to the ambition. is it an easy intention, or a notch on the ol belt of ‘done that’–so, i’ll ease into the list- i have nothing more important to be about. today, now this isn’t hard for me. i will waver and wonder why i’m doing this at some point before 100 days-then i can answer -is this play or ‘work’-i want to learn to play at this stage of my life.
we will see won’t we…haha

I usually getting 8 hours of sleep, so I am surprised that after only 2 nights of getting to bed & lights out by midnight, waking feeling a little more rested.

checking in.. I am sidelined physically at the moment, so this will be a whole new ‘restart. movement has always been my go to, so this will be a reframing and surrendering to what is at the moment===i will regroup and go again.

Hi Elroy (and this is for everyone)…
If you are legitimately very sick or hurt… you get a pass! But we encourage you to still do what you can and stay in it. For example, if you’re doing Tai Chi as part of your 100 Day Challenge – you can do it in bed! In your mind – just moving your hands and arms, but envisioning it in your head. Whatever you can do, do it, Whatever you can’t do, modify as best you can!

I am back at day 1 this is the third time getting into bed by midnight really its the light out that is bring me back to day 1. Amazingly I am not even frustrated, just enjoying the journey. I am getting closer and already feel better what’s not to like. I did add 3 minuets of movements everyday to my challenge, and I am doing well with that some days over 30 minuets of movement, today 4 min.

I love the conversation with myself when I can’t do something I thought I could do! I just keep working on all the ways things seem to prevent me from doing it.

You could start more simply since right now is tricky for you… what’s something that you can accomplish as a starting place… remember – being kind to yourself is also key!

Welp, I’m in the reset club!!! I had an evening with my girlfriends this weekend, and we went to brunch on Sunday. The place had awesome food, and the server said the grits are her favorite. I immediately jumped on it… and then realized after I ordered that they are made of CORN!!! AH! I decided to eat them because I hate wasting food… so here I am, Day 1! 😂

So interesting! We were just talking at dinner how we were taught to eat all our food no matter what!

OK I am back at day ONE still entertained I am doing well with the 8 cups of water sometimes 4 cups 2 hours before bed not the smartest choice and the 3 minutes of exercise is going well 4 minuets and 4 sec of walking this morning. Plus before our 100 day challenge started I started a 90 day Tapping challenge with a friend that is doing well, on day 21. Good news is I am getting to bed before midnight it is the lights out that I am just missing last two time missed by 5 min or less. I’m getting closer.
