I’ve noticed that instead of sticking with one meditation for 10 days or so and seeing what happens, I tend to do different meditations. Going back to the video sessions is quite helpful. I’m still struggling a bit with that “bridge” feeling, even though I can feel it when I’m doing qigong standing up. Maybe I am trying too hard to have an image of it instead of just following the idea of the bridge without necessarily having to SEE one 😀
