Welp, I’m in the reset club!!! I had an evening with my girlfriends this weekend, and we went to brunch on Sunday. The place had awesome food, and the server said the grits are her favorite. I immediately jumped on it… and then realized after I ordered that they are made of CORN!!! AH! I decided to eat them because I hate wasting food… so here I am, Day 1! 😂
I will be: cutting out corn (it’s the only grain I’m in love with), sword form (or/both) Shen Gong daily (preferably outside), meditating daily (with extra focus on mirco-cosmic orbit), attend as many dance classes as possible, 24 hour fast near/on full moon every month, and intentional dreaming w/ dream journaling.
Ok, I think that’s enough!!
