Thank you all!! It’s quite a ride those days, but I’m on the Way (wu wei) those days
So getting patient and practising. Seems that I host one force that wants to get out / in and another that blocks it. Patience, practice. More light for sure, yes !!

I checked as I see next meditation is on the 24th 🙂 I corrected my calendar 🙂
Still going on with this meditation and some others depending on what’s going on. Quite helpful on the road. Self love increasing with some special time scheduled for Valentine’s day. Yay !

I went back to this meditation for more than a week and what showed up in the long row is going more and more towards fear of long and difficult illness then death. Meditation is helping to see what’s the most frightening and I took this frightened part of me by the hand in some ways. Light was also there, part of this as well. That’s a journey. Fear of that kind showed up more clearly after a first-aid training at work last Monday. Glad the meditation helped.

I understood that last session was replaced by stone alchemy. I was also curious about releasing the baggage of this lifetime session scheduled on April 7th. Do you intend to do it? Thanks ! 🙂

In my experience so far it’s difficult to access the heart space. I’d like to go into some practice around this topic. I also wonder if the cauldron is in the lower tan tien or any of the other 2. Is there a step by step process or depending on each person? I’m interested in connecting the 3 (I need the word in english and I don’t have it .. 3 foyers) . I have surges of energy that wants to go up or down. I wonder what’s your practice around microcosmic orbit if you do it?

yes I guess I’d like it, no doubt, I just need to unblock the wealth palace or trade my knowledge in some ways I don’t see yet to go there 😉

Ok. I did the meditation where we’re sensing the 5 elements in our body : stand like Wood, Fire, Earth.. etc. It helped me to sense the 5 elements circle so my energy shifted more easily when I needed. Even more when I put the Earth between each element as it’s like the seasons : a kind of balance coming from Earth before moving on to the next one. Just experimenting 😉

Yes, I definitely slept better when I took care of chaotic energy, not just in the evening but some times in the day. Before taking a nap, etc.. Even better to connect to energy afterwards to replenish with clear light after.

Thanks for sharing Rudy, it helps me feel less alone as I experience lots of chaotic energy as well, when I sleep mostly !! I’m working with people and taking some time to cleanse during the day, even if I don’t do the meditation fully, helped a lot. Like washing my hands or taking a shower helps me cleanse too. I wish you the best in your practice!

yes it was.. I just have many meditations now and the key is to do a kind of meta meditation to check which one is more appropriate in the moment 😀

I was near the end of the audio meditation, so I had a brief vision and some feelings. I’m not sure if they noticed me, they seemed to be standing straight and looking far away, not looking at me. It felt supportive but in a distant god way. I’ll have to try this again and see what happens, especially if I can stay a little longer. I’m not drawing any conclusions yet for sure!

Yes this trying out the guzheng was quite an experience!
In the group I felt a bit of a tightness in my stomach, which stayed a bit, but I was able to feel my ‘want’ and also the empty space of the heart. This felt open and calm, soft.
I did the What Do I Want and then the Heart Alignment meditations again before bed on Monday.I have trouble sleeping for quite a while and I was surprised to be able to dream / nightmarish style.
It was a huge car crash on the motorway. Many cars were damaged, I could hear people screaming. I was in it and out of it. It was disturbing and it woke me up. I took time to let go and express the emotions, I did this with self-kindness and moved my body as it wanted to, to calm down. I did some journaling and a memory showed up that is a heart pain. I let it go.

Using chaotic energy meditation helped me go through this. It’s been more about learning about my fears and owning them, helping parts of me that are still holding to them to be embraced and loved – as it’s just me, embracing myself fully, or at least, trying to.
