I am back on day one. Yesterday missed water and bedtime. Still I am very happy with over all progress, and it was a big travel day yesterday.
Wishing everyone well with their 100 days.

I am doing really well with my 8 cups of water a day and getting better at not having to drink 3 cups right before bed. And the 3 minutes of movement has opened the door for more movement, but tonight might be just 3 min. That getting to bed with lights out by midnight has me back on day three. tonight I hope to be in bed by 9:30, starting to prep for time change and morning classes.
So excited to being able to see parts of us soon.

OK I am back at day ONE still entertained I am doing well with the 8 cups of water sometimes 4 cups 2 hours before bed not the smartest choice and the 3 minutes of exercise is going well 4 minuets and 4 sec of walking this morning. Plus before our 100 day challenge started I started a 90 day Tapping challenge with a friend that is doing well, on day 21. Good news is I am getting to bed before midnight it is the lights out that I am just missing last two time missed by 5 min or less. I’m getting closer.

I am back at day 1 this is the third time getting into bed by midnight really its the light out that is bring me back to day 1. Amazingly I am not even frustrated, just enjoying the journey. I am getting closer and already feel better what’s not to like. I did add 3 minuets of movements everyday to my challenge, and I am doing well with that some days over 30 minuets of movement, today 4 min.

I usually getting 8 hours of sleep, so I am surprised that after only 2 nights of getting to bed & lights out by midnight, waking feeling a little more rested.

Here is my challenge I still have a hour to get to bed with lights out and 3 chores to go. Already drank my 8 cups of water thinking of upping the water to 10 cups. Hope everyone had a nice Friday.

for my 100 day challenge I’m thinking of
minimum of 8 cups of water a day with hope by time challenge is over up to 12 cups per day. Plus getting into bed with lights out by midnight.
I’ve been working on the water and doing pretty well, but the getting into bed is a laugh, the kitchen is getting cleaner every day

Nathalie, sounds like you are having openings and lightenings. If enlightenment is a journey you are on your way.

Is it sad that I can think of more than 1? What if the fear I stir up is a fears about myself what do I do with them? I realize these fears are left over from the small child within me. Why am I unlovable ? What if there is something wrong with me?
When we get the fear do we do stay with that meditation until it processes or move on to the next meditation?

It feels like an great opportunity for healing.
